Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store activities, overseeing store performance, developing action plans, and identifying training opportunities to support team growth.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing action plans to enhance operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain proper stock levels and merchandise products effectively.
• Supervise team operations and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
