Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Data Innovation to lead the data and analytics platforms utilized by the Jazz Global Clinical Development Operations (GCDO) department. This role involves overseeing personnel, processes, and technologies on platforms such as a SaaS solution and an enterprise business intelligence application. The Associate Director will provide strategic leadership, optimize platform usage, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to the development of the group within the GCDO structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmap for clinical data platform(s).
- Optimize platform usage through cross-functional collaboration.
- Provide vision, leadership, and mentoring to the team.
- Establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
- Interface with technology vendors and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of clinical trial processes.
- Experience in managing complex projects and resources.
- Excellent communication and visualization design skills.
- Familiarity with CDASH standards and clinical data systems.
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in relevant fields.
- Minimum 10 years in clinical trial roles with leadership responsibilities.
