Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Data Innovation for our Global Clinical Development Operations (GCDO) department. As the Associate Director, you will be responsible for managing the data and analytics platforms that drive our clinical operations. This role involves leading a team of professionals, developing strategic roadmaps for data platforms, and fostering cross-functional relationships within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic objectives for clinical data platforms.
- Optimize Jazz's use of data platforms through collaboration and change management.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to the Clinical Data Innovation team.
- Build strong relationships with key departments such as Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, IT, and Medical Affairs.
- Stay abreast of technology advancements in clinical trials and contribute to system requirements.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of clinical trial processes and data visualization tools.
- Experience with CDASH standards and clinical trial data systems.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of regulatory standards and requirements in clinical trials.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Biology, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 10 years in clinical trials with 3 years in leadership roles.
