Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison for Hematology-Oncology to lead and inspire a team of Medical Science Liaisons. This strategic role involves collaborating with the Medical Affairs and Commercial teams to provide field-based medical support aligned with the company's research and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of MSLs to support high performance and strategic alignment.
- Cultivate relationships with thought leaders in academic and clinical medicine.
- Ensure territory engagement plans are executed, and clinical insights are reported.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and compliance within the team.
Qualifications
- MD, PharmD, PhD degree or equivalent with Oncology experience preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience, with leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and ability to present clinical data effectively.
- Field-based role with up to 60% travel required.
