Associate Equipment Operator- NMP Unit 2

Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Equipment Operator to join Constellation Energy's NMP Unit 2 team. As part of the nation's largest producer of clean energy, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining plant equipment within a nuclear power plant environment. This position involves manual and remote equipment operation, log keeping, fire protection duties, and emergency response responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and service plant equipment in a nuclear power plant setting.
• Monitor equipment status, investigate operating issues, and report to supervisors.
• Maintain detailed logs of events and operating conditions.
• Provide training to personnel and support various plant maintenance tasks as needed.
• Perform fire protection, rescue, and first aid duties.

Minimum Qualifications

• Completion of college-level courses in math/science disciplines.
• Ability to read diagrams and prints.
• Passing of required physical examinations and aptitude tests.
• Compliance with NRC regulations and industry standards.

Starting Pay Rate: $36.54
