Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious Associate Medical Director, Medical Affairs - Oncology to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming the lives of patients through innovative medicines. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting US Medical Affairs activities related to HER2+ target therapy in Gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma (GEA) and Biliary tract cancers (BTCs). Your responsibilities will include developing non-promotional, evidence-based scientific and educational programs, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and ensuring the highest scientific and medical integrity in executing medical tactics.

Responsibilities

  • Support US Medical Affairs activities related to HER2+ target therapy in GEA and BTCs.
  • Develop non-promotional, evidence-based scientific and educational programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve business goals.
  • Ensure highest scientific and medical integrity in executing medical tactics.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Strong clinical or scientific background in Oncology.
  • Expertise in clinical-medical safety and efficacy trial data analysis.
  • Experience in working with marketed products early and mid-life cycle.
  • Excellent presentation skills and credibility within the medical community.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
