ROC Implementation and Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Associate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their professional team. The role focuses on pipeline development, fostering relationships, and identifying customer needs in target accounts. Responsibilities

  • Focus on developing the sales pipeline and identifying customer needs
  • Attend a thorough onboarding program to learn about service offerings and sales processes
  • Build robust sales skills and techniques to provide value to clients
  • Collaborate with the team to generate leads that meet or exceed quota targets
  • Cultivate pipeline by acting on leads and conducting strategic campaigns
  • Utilize CRM system for accurate record-keeping and personalization of communications
  • Participate in sales onboarding, training, and professional development

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record in outbound campaigns

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • Knowledge of sales methodology
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
