Responsibilities
- Support installation of AV systems
- Perform technical tasks like wiring, labeling, and equipment installation
- Troubleshoot and repair custom AV systems
- Train clients on system usage
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Requirements
- Avixa CTS certification and at least four years of AV experience
- Strong client-focused mindset and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with audiovisual applications like ClearOne, Crestron, Cisco, etc.
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
