Job Description
Ted Britt Auto Group is currently seeking an experienced Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team. As the F&I Manager, you will be responsible for securing sales, arranging financing, and ensuring the smooth delivery of vehicles to customers.
Responsibilities
- Protect gross profit margins by managing financing arrangements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with lenders and insurance companies.
- Maximize income through upselling credit insurance, service contracts, and other finance products.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to vehicle transactions.
- Train sales staff on finance options and programs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear explanations of finance and insurance products.
- Forecast finance penetration and work closely with the sales department to achieve targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- AFIP certification required.
- Strong mathematical abilities and attention to detail.
- Professionalism and a customer-oriented attitude.
