As part of our dealership, you will be responsible for structuring car deals for clients with average to above credit, ensuring compliance with finance guidelines and dealership policies, and ultimately delivering high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Structure car deals in compliance with finance lender guidelines and dealership policies.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with management and sales staff.
- Stay informed about state regulations regarding finance and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
- Evaluate and recommend new lender programs.
- Ensure accuracy in all financial transactions and documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of Dealership Finance Manager experience.
- Bilingual (Preferred).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license.
