Job Description
El Monte Sagrado is seeking Banquet Servers to join our team at the El Monte Sagrado Hotel & Spa in Taos, NM. As part of our staff, you will have the opportunity to deliver impeccable service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with coworkers and guests.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Provide exceptional and seamless service, answering questions and making menu recommendations.
- Verify age requirements for alcohol consumption.
Requirements
- Must have current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Prior experience in high-volume or fine dining establishments is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent education/training.
