Job Description
Healing Haven LLC is currently seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team and provide 1:1 therapy services to enhance communication, socialization, and play skills for children with autism. As a Behavior Technician, you will receive training and certification in Applied Behavior Analysis to support the growth and development of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior analysis programs during therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with a BCBA to implement Behavior Intervention Plans.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service hours.
- Participate in staff training on ABA practices.
- Ensure client therapy continuity through consistent attendance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Valid professional references.
- Reliable transportation.
- Clean criminal history.
- Physical ability to perform required therapy tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
Compensation
Competitive hourly wage ranging from $17 to $22.
