Job Description

Healing Haven LLC is currently seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team and provide 1:1 therapy services to enhance communication, socialization, and play skills for children with autism. As a Behavior Technician, you will receive training and certification in Applied Behavior Analysis to support the growth and development of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavior analysis programs during therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with a BCBA to implement Behavior Intervention Plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service hours.
  • Participate in staff training on ABA practices.
  • Ensure client therapy continuity through consistent attendance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Valid professional references.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Clean criminal history.
  • Physical ability to perform required therapy tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

Compensation

Competitive hourly wage ranging from $17 to $22.
