Behavioral Consultant/Mobile Therapist

Job Description

Comhar Inc. is seeking dedicated Behavioral Consultants/Mobile Therapists to join our Intensive Behavioral Health Services team in the Philadelphia area. As part of the team, you will collaborate with other professionals to design and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and adolescents with mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs.

Responsibilities

• Completing client assessments and observations to develop intervention plans.
• Providing consultation and guidance to the treatment team.
• Ensuring alignment of behavioral plans across school, home, and community settings.
• Regular peer reviews and plan revisions as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in mental health services for children or youth.
• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling.
• Certification in ABA services or behavior analysis.

Employment Details

Position: Per Diem/Relief (Not eligible for full-time benefits)

Pay Rate: Individual Service - $35.00/hr, Group Service - $41.00/hr, Training Rate - $15.75/hr
