Billing & A/R Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing & A/R Specialist to join OnPoint Medical Group. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for full revenue cycle duties, ensuring accurate billing, collections, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable collections and work directly with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients.
• Review and appeal unpaid and denied claims, running A/R reports, and resolving billing inquiries.
• Follow billing compliance guidelines and maintain strict privacy and safety protocols.
• Perform administrative duties to ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years of healthcare experience and 2+ years billing experience.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of EMR systems preferred.
• Customer service excellence and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
