Job Description

Centria Autism, the largest provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. The BCBA will provide support to individuals and families by coordinating and providing ABA therapy, function analyses, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills. This leadership role involves developing treatment plans, supervising Behavior Technicians, and ensuring successful client outcomes through effective communication and oversight. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-sufficient, and passionate about helping individuals with autism achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight to drive compliance and retention for optimal outcomes.
  • Train, manage, and retain a team of Behavior Technicians.
  • Develop child-specific behavior plans using ABA principles.
  • Engage parents in ABA therapy to improve client outcomes.

Requirements
