Great Strides Holdco Inc. is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in St. Augustine, FL. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and interventions for children aged 2-18. Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and program oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Deliver individual and small group instruction to children in clinical and community settings.
- Collaborate with families and therapists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
- Prior experience in pediatric ABA field preferred.
