As a Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and maximizing sales and profits for the branch while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Requirements

Duties
- Provide technical and communication training for the team.
- Manage payroll and conduct performance reviews.
- Optimize call volume to technician count for efficiency.
- Oversee inventory, sales KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
