We are looking for a skilled Breakfast Cook to join our team at Holiday Inn Charlottesville VA. As part of the Food & Beverage department, you will play a crucial role in preparing and serving food in all outlets, ensuring high standards of quality and customer service.

Job Summary

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain hygiene standards.
• Prepare and serve food items according to hotel recipes.
• Assist in kitchen cleaning and maintenance.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of kitchen preparation and cooking experience.
• Knowledge of Safe Serving practices and Virginia laws.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Stand or walk for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in hot or cold environments.
