Job Description

Lariat Lodge Brewing, located in Evergreen and Littleton, Colorado, is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Brewer to join our team at both brewery locations. As a key member of our brewing team, you will be involved in all aspects of the production process, from idea conception to packaging and serving, working with both our 5 BBL and 20 BBL systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a commercial brewer or in the beer industry.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the brewing industry, including standing for extended periods, working in varying environmental conditions, utilizing ladders, handling chemicals and machinery, lifting up to 55lb, and manipulating up to 165lb with a focus on safety.
• Strong time management skills, work ethic, empathy, and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
• Effective customer relations skills for special events, daily customer interaction, and representing the company.
• Knowledge of brewing processes, equipment operation, and maintenance.
• Experience with canning lines, draft line cleaning and maintenance.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at both brewery locations.
