Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive sales of Guardiar USA and Guardiar Solutions products. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets within the designated region or sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure orders from existing and potential customers through direct sales visits and follow-ups.
  • Promote product offerings through tailored sales presentations and distribution of product literature.
  • Focus sales efforts on key customer segments including fence contractors, architects, security planners, and facility owners/managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Technical knowledge of Guardiar USA products and competitors' offerings.
  • Project management experience and willingness to travel 60-70%.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum High School diploma or GED; degree in a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of Outside Sales or Business Development experience, with 2 years in relevant industries.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, ideally IFS, and Microsoft Office suite.
