Business Development Capture Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Capture Specialist to join our team at Prairie Band, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing a CRM tool, conducting outreach to targeted agencies, analyzing government opportunities, and supporting strategic planning initiatives. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Major Duties

• Research and outreach to targeted agencies and companies.
• Create slide decks and maintain a library of past performance.
• Assist in CRM contact capture and conference logistics.
• Identify market niches for growth and develop pitch decks.
• Attend and support conferences and events.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong writing and editorial skills.
• Experience working in deadline-driven environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
