Job Description

We are looking for a talented Business Development Representative to join our team at Midwest Remediation. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with potential clients, implementing sales strategies, and negotiating contracts. You will have the opportunity to showcase your communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills while driving sales in your assigned region or industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through networking and cold calls.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for your assigned region or industry.
  • Negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Apply industry knowledge and service expertise to meet clients' needs.
  • Prepare reports on account status and lead activities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create mutually beneficial proposals.
  • Perform assigned duties with dedication and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and think creatively and strategically.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Experience in external sales for at least two years.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
