As a Business Office Manager, you will manage the community's business office, maintain financial records, administer benefits programs, supervise front desk staff, and assist the General Manager with administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • Process monthly resident billing accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage accounts payable, review vendor invoices, and process payments.
  • Balance financial records monthly and complete month-end closing tasks.
  • Review and ensure accuracy of payroll information, acting as a liaison for payroll matters.
  • Assist General Manager with employee onboarding, maintenance, and termination tasks.
  • Process and manage benefit programs efficiently.
  • Supervise petty cash account and oversee resident and employee files' compliance.
  • Potential supervision of front desk staff, including hiring and performance management.

Requirements

  • Two years of college or equivalent bookkeeping/accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in office computer systems and standard accounting principles.
  • Previous benefits administration experience is preferred.
