Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Cake Decorator & Traveling Trainer based in Massachusetts to provide technical support and training to client accounts. The role involves training in-store bakery personnel on cake decorating techniques, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of cake decorating experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide training on cake decorating techniques and baking procedures.
• Develop marketing and sales strategies for product portfolio.
• Present new ideas and programs to client accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-notch service.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of cake decorating and baking experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent computer skills and communication abilities.
• Must be located in Massachusetts or neighboring state.

Travel Requirement

75% travel required for this role.
