Capture Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Capture Manager to join our team at Middle River Aerostructure Systems, a leading manufacturer of aerostructures in Baltimore, MD. As the Capture Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading capture-related activities in the aerospace and defense sectors. Responsibilities include developing capture strategies, managing business development activities, and coordinating cross-functional teams to secure new contracts. The ideal candidate will have a STEM or Business Management degree, extensive experience in business development, and a strong understanding of commercial and USG contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic capture campaign identification and execution.
• Develop capture strategies and business solutions for pursuing opportunities.
• Coordinate capture and proposal activities across functional teams.
• Provide primary customer contact for proposal activities.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the capture process to meet budget and schedule commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business Management with 5 years of Business Development or Capture Management experience.
• Knowledge of Commercial and USG contracts and acquisition processes.
• Experience in competitive pricing strategies and cost proposals.
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain USG Security Clearance.
