Job Description

We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role involves building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and contributing to a vibrant community that focuses on enhancing seniors' quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Provide assistance with daily activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety, well-being, and engagement in enriching activities.
• Support dining needs while maintaining service standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required per state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
