Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role involves building relationships, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the shift.
• Support and engage residents in life skills and enriching activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion to serve seniors.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
