Responsibilities

• Maintain Charter Senior Living's Mission and Core Values.
• Assist residents with daily activities such as medication reminders, grooming, and escort services.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily assistance and communicate any resident issues to the supervisor.
• Promote residents' independence, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Participate in training sessions and staff meetings.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for residents and colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience or willingness to work with the elderly.
• Effective communication skills and empathy.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Capacity to work under pressure in critical situations with professionalism.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be necessary.
