Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Participate in creating Individualized Service Plans and ensure resident safety.
• Engage residents in life enriching activities and maintain Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team.
• High School diploma/GED and relevant certifications in some states.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
