Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Caregivers to join Sunrise Senior Living as Care Managers in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care, build strong relationships with residents and their families, and enhance the lives of seniors through personalized assistance and enriching activities.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and monthly updates
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being during shifts
• Support dining needs with Sunrise hospitality standards
• Engage residents in life skills and enriching activities

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors
• Excellent customer service skills
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
