Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join Sevita as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges. Your role will involve helping participants grow, learn, and live well, while fostering meaningful relationships and promoting community integration.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily activities and personal care.
• Support participants in achieving their developmental goals.
• Encourage community participation and engagement in preferred activities.
• Ensure the well-being and safety of the individuals you serve.

Requirements

• No high school diploma required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt, multitask, and work effectively in a team.
• Driver's license preferred but not required.
