Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance and care to residents based on their individual needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with the community team to ensure OSHA compliance and promote safety.
• Participate in the development and updates of Individualized Service Plans.
• Maintain a warm and welcoming dining experience for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment with flexibility and a positive attitude.
• High School diploma/GED required, certifications may be necessary as per state regulations.
• Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
