Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers (CNA/CHHA) to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will have the rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing personalized care and support in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with seniors and their families.
- Provide assistance with daily living activities and personalized care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community standards.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
- Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
