Caregiver CNA or HHA

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver (CNA or HHA) to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and services to seniors and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. If you are dedicated to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills, we would love to have you on board.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with a group of seniors and their families.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and attend to their care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and monthly updates.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and promote Risk Management programs.
• Encourage residents to participate in life enriching activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with passion and excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
