Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily activities such as medication reminders, grooming, and dressing.
• Offer emotional and social support to residents to enhance their well-being.
• Maintain resident care records accurately and communicate any issues to the supervisor.
• Promote and respect the residents' independence and dignity.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be required.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills with empathy and sensitivity.
• Previous experience with elderly population preferred.
