Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living on a full-time basis. As a Caregiver, you will have the privilege of brightening the lives of our residents by providing quality care and services in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Provide assistance with daily living activities and individual care needs.
- Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and monthly updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote Risk Management programs.
- Respond to dining needs while maintaining hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED, certifications as required.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
