Job Description
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers (HHA or CNA) to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will have the rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional care and support to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure residents' safety, well-being, and engagement in enriching activities.
- Maintain compliance with regulations and promote safety within the community.
Qualifications
- Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- High school diploma/GED required; certifications as per state regulations.
- Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
