Caregiver Lead at Sunrise Senior Living
Join our team as a Lead Care Manager at Sunrise Senior Living and make a difference in the lives of our residents. We are seeking an individual who is dedicated to providing quality care and creating a supportive and engaging environment.
Responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities:
- Supervisory support, managing call-offs, and ensuring proper documentation of care and services.
- Supporting team members in providing ADL care and encouraging resident participation in activities.
- Coaching team members on hospitality standards and meal service.
- Ensuring compliance with timekeeping policies and assisting with onboarding of new team members.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required, certifications in medication management preferred.
- Experience in working with seniors and strong leadership skills.
- Competency in organizational and time management, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Proficiency in computer skills and willingness to learn new applications.
