Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Case Manager to join Goodwill Industries of South Central Wisconsin, Inc. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing individualized services in vocational, personal, and social skills for assigned employment participants. Additionally, you will lead and support Employment staff in delivering quality services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop service plans aligned with individual goals and continuously monitor progress.
  • Coordinate with funding sources for timely billing and ensure accurate authorizations.
  • Provide personal and vocational counseling, crisis intervention, and advocacy for served individuals.
  • Assist in training and development of staff and provide self-advocacy training to served individuals.
  • Collaborate with employers, coworkers, and community contacts to support persons served.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn and use databases.
  • Valid Driver's license, good driving record, and proof of insurance.
