Job Description
We are looking for part-time Cashiers and Stockers to join the ALDI team in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, provide exceptional service, and uphold store policies. Stockers will be responsible for stocking shelves, creating displays, and ensuring product availability for customers. Both roles require teamwork, communication, and adherence to safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
- Cashiers: Process purchases, maintain cleanliness, provide exceptional service, and monitor inventory.
- Stockers: Stock shelves, rotate products, create displays, and operate machinery.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of retail operations a plus.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
