CDL-A Hazmat and Doubles Truck Driver

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated CDL-A Hazmat and Doubles Truck Driver to join our team at ArcBest II ABF Freight. As a City Driver, you will be responsible for the efficient and timely pickup and delivery of cargo to various destinations in and around the consolidation/distribution center. The role requires safe driving practices and adherence to industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform pickup and delivery of cargo within designated areas.
• Utilize proper loading and unloading techniques following established procedures.
• Adhere to assigned schedules and adjust duties as per terminal requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of tractor/trailer experience.
• Hold a Class A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements.
• Demonstrate a safe driving record and strong work ethic.
• Pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and medical requirements.
