Job Description
HEPACO Inc., a leading environmental and emergency services company, is seeking a CDL Driver/Operator to join our field operations team in Rockford, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe transport of equipment to job sites, performing various tasks related to industrial and environmental cleaning, hazardous waste handling, and participating in emergency response and remediation projects.
Responsibilities
- Transport equipment to job sites safely and efficiently.
- Perform industrial and environmental cleaning tasks.
- Handle hazardous waste pick-up and disposal.
- Conduct chemical transfers and operate a variety of vehicles and equipment.
- Adhere to DOT, EPA, and DEA regulations.
Requirements
- CDL Class A or B license with tanker and/or HAZMAT endorsements.
- Experience in operating vacuum trucks, roll-offs, box trucks, and other relevant equipment.
- Knowledge of DOT, EPA, and DEA regulations.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings and maintain a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to perform required tasks, including lifting up to 100 pounds.
