CDL Driver / Environmental Field Technician (Albany, NY)

Job Description

HEPACO Inc. is looking for a proactive CDL Driver / Environmental Field Technician to join our esteemed team in Albany, NY. As a key member of our field operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of equipment to job sites and executing various tasks related to industrial and environmental cleaning, hazardous waste handling, and emergency response projects.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport equipment to designated locations.
• Perform diverse duties including industrial and environmental cleaning, hazardous waste management, and emergency response activities.
• Operate a range of vehicles and equipment such as vacuum trucks, roll-offs, box trucks, excavators, and more.
• Adhere to DOT, EPA, and DEA regulations concerning chemical handling and transportation.

Requirements

• Possess a CDL Class A or B license; tanker and/or HAZMAT endorsements preferred.
• Familiarity with chemical transfers and related equipment.
• Working knowledge of DOT, EPA, and DEA regulations.
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances like TWIC and eRailSafe.
