Role Overview
The Certified Fitness Lead is responsible for driving the personal training business at the club to exceed fitness financial targets. This role involves building and leading a high-performing team that helps members achieve their fitness goals while delivering exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop a top-tier personal training team.
- Increase client acquisition and retention.
- Create a personalized training approach for each client.
- Maintain a welcoming environment in the Personal Training Cage.
- Empower personal trainers for client success and growth.
- Drive new client acquisition through member relationships.
- Collaborate with trainers to meet sales targets and goals.
