Cathedral Health Care Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA for our skilled nursing facility in Jasper, IN. You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.

The Qualified Medication Aide QMA Administers prescribed medications to patients and maintains related medical records under the supervision of the Charge Nurse.

Shifts Available:

• FT/PT 6a-6p Thurs, Sat, Sun
• 6p-6a; Sat, Sun, Mon
• PRN- CNA / QMA

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily care activities such as dental care, bath functions, hair care, etc.
• Change bed linens and assist with bowel/bladder functions.
• Support residents in preparing for activities and social programs.
• Change dressings and ensure regular checks on residents.

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
