Job Description
Cathedral Health Care Center is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA / Qualified Medication Aide QMA to join our skilled nursing facility team in Jasper, IN. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing daily nursing care and services to residents according to their care plans. Additionally, as a QMA, you will administer prescribed medications and maintain medical records under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily hygiene and grooming tasks.
- Help residents with mobility and activities of daily living.
- Support residents in participating in social and recreational activities.
- Change dressings and provide wound care as needed.
- Ensure the well-being of residents who need assistance.
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
