We are looking for a motivated Certified Personal Training Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business, exceeding fitness financial targets, and ensuring a world-class experience for our members.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Develop an agile team to tailor programming to individual client needs.
• Create a welcoming environment in the Personal Training Cage for members, clients, and guests.
• Retain clients by delivering exceptional value and experiences.
• Foster a supportive and connected community for personal trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients by forming personal relationships with members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and sales techniques.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets for new client acquisition.
• Achieve personal and team monthly sales goals.
