Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Certified Personal Training Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Personal Trainers, driving the personal training business, and ensuring our members achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team of Personal Trainers.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Develop an agile team to provide customized programming for clients.
• Create a supportive environment in the Personal Training area.
• Retain and provide value to personal training clients.
• Foster a connected community among trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients through member relationships.
• Coach trainers on consultations and package recommendations.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
