At VASA Fitness, we are seeking a Certified Personal Training Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business, exceeding fitness financial targets, and creating an exceptional experience for our members.
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
- Develop programming tailored to individual client needs.
- Create a welcoming environment in the Personal Training Cage.
- Retain clients by providing exceptional value and support.
- Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients.
- Attract new clients by forming personal relationships with members.
- Coach personal trainers on consultations and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Achieve personal monthly sales goals.
Requirements:
- Certification in Personal Training.
- Solid experience in personal training and team leadership.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
