Job Title: CHARGE NURSE II (RN) - Skilled Hospital/Brian Health Unit

We are looking for a dedicated Charge Nurse II (RN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. The position is full-time, day shift at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, specifically on the Brain Health Unit. As a Charge Nurse II, you will provide safe, age-appropriate patient care, serve as a leader and resource for the patient care team, and ensure the highest level of medical and emotional care for our residents and patients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and compassionate patient care.
• Act as a leader and advisor for other members of the patient care team.
• Meet the requirements and expectations for RN II on the clinical ladder consistently.

Job Requirements:

• Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in the specialized clinical field.
• Nursing Certification of specialty area within 3-5 years of hire.
• Maryland Registered Nurse License and American Heart Association BLS certification.
